Preparing our business coming out of covid19 here is our certificate of training and test, new protective measures for Yappy Chappy Ltd. All staff completed Professional Pet groomers Covid-19 Certification training and pass the test. 🐾Pick up drop off 6 meter distance. ✂️No-one can enter the salon. 🐾Leads and collars will be placed in a disposable bag until collection or drop off. We will be using our own. ✂️I will need enough time between each dog to clean and sanitize all areas. 🐾All dogs being groomed will be going straight into the bath so please have them brushed and knot free where possible. ✂️Any dogs that are knotted or matted due to the covid19 measures some dogs might need to be cut shorter than requested as to run the clippers through the coat (this may incur a fee for blade maintenance). 🐾Please be mindful of your health before your appointment we are doing all we can to prevent a second wave. ✂️When requesting of the length of your dogs coat consider a shorter cut = less visits. 🐾We will be operating longer working hours and weekends to spread out the demand. ✂️Payments can be made direct to Yappy Chappy Ltd or in a clear money pouch where money can be left for 48hrs or washed.
